10. Do you ship to PO, APO, and FPO boxes?
Yes! We can ship to any valid postal address. Orders sent to PO, APO and FPO boxes can only be sent via US Priority Mail.

12. Haven't received my order yet, has it been shipped?
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then yes, your order has been shipped. Transit time takes from 2-7 business days to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 5-10 days since several of our packages get held up in customs. If your international order has not arrived within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post and customs offices to make sure your package is not being held.

13. My tracking number isnít working! Why?
If FedEx is the shipping method, they can take up to 72 hours to update the tracking information. If USPS is the shipping method, the tracking number is a delivery confirmation and is updated when the order has been delivered or an attempt to deliver has been made.

Wash warm, dry low. Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. Expect about 3-5% shrinkage after the first wash.
